50/70 Baseball

50/70 baseball is an intermediate division between Majors (small field) and Juniors (full size field). In 50/70 baseball, the mound is 50' from the plate instead of 46' and the bases are 70' instead of 60'. Runners can take leads off the base which requires that pitchers learn to throw from the stretch and execute pick offs. Thus 50/70 baseball allows younger players to experience "real baseball" on a field that is properly sized for them.
Players age 11-13 are eligible.
Player age is based on how old they will be on April 30th.
